Lovely showroom. Good initial information. Extremely helpful and understanding what I wanted. Excellent during and after. All very professional, helpful and easy to get on with. Odd issues with plumbers but all sorted in the end. Wayne and Jake were brilliant. Wayne’s workmanship is second to none. Really good that Wayne Co-ordinates everything. Wayne fitted our kitchen nearly 7 years ago, but responded immediately to my query about a minor problem we had. He called round within a couple of days and sorted the issue within minutes – no problem and no charge. Exactly the same excellent service as we had experienced from our very first meeting with him. Wayne was a true find – a one-stop shop – project manager, designer and fitter – who organised and scheduled contractors for flooring, decorating, electrics and plumbing. We did a fair bit of research and shopping around for a new kitchen diner and utility room. We were until meeting Wayne, just going in circles; with suppliers who didn’t fit or only did a dry fit, and fitters who didn’t supply. Wayne cuts through all that and sorts it. The similarity between our on-screen design in his showroom and the finished kitchen, and the quality of the build blew us away with the attention to detail. Four weeks of workment in our home could have been stressful – but we enjoyed the process and love the result. Trust well placed.
